There are literally hundreds of properties listed on Zoopla, Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Prime Location – so how do you make yours stand out? Paying a little extra to ensure your home appears as a Featured Listing (which Wards will also do) will ensure you’re seen, but if your home isn’t presented in its best light, prospective buyers will never book a viewing.
Professional photography, virtual tours and good copy elevates your home’s listing and will ensure that your home is depicted in the best possible light. We’ll never use tacky, wide-angled shots which make your rooms seem artificially big. We will, however, rely on clever lighting and post-production editing to make the rooms in your home really catch the eye.
Remember, a buyer will take literally seconds to dismiss your property. Give them every reason not to by choosing an estate agent who cares about this sort of thing.
